The swimming pool was lovely and the breakfast was savoury and tasty. The staff was helpful and our experience was very lovely overall. Location: the hotel was right by an amazing garden, Johannesburg's northern suburbs, and the airport. We had lunch in Nando's Kosher, located nearby.

The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and close to restaurants and shopping centers.
The WiFi was limited and not easily accessible from all rooms. The bathroom was a bit small and could be difficult for larger guests to maneuver in.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The first thing that stood out to me was the value for money. For the price I paid, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the overall quality of the experience. The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet area, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The secure grounds provided an added sense of safety and security. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and the beautiful garden added a lovely touch to the overall ambiance. I particularly enjoyed the two pools, which were a cool and refreshing spot to relax, as well as the option to have a braai and play some snooker with a view. Lastly, the breakfast provided at this hotel was delicious and satisfying, setting me up for a great day ahead.
All was superb, nothing to complain about.

Spent Christmas at a guest house that was well presented. Loved the African aesthetic with all the beautiful instruments and figures. the outdoor lapa area offered everything we needed for a true South African experience, with charcoal braaier and gas barbecues. the rooms were great, with roomy walk-in showers and comfortable beds. the staff were very attentive, making sure we were comfortable, and the location was safe. It was also close enough to shops, making it easy to get what we needed.

the location was convenient, just outside the busy area but still close to everything. We were able to easily explore Melrose Arch and other tourist points nearby. the staff was helpful in recommending places to visit. the room was clean and comfortable and had all the facilities we needed for a short stay.
The kitchen was not well-equipped, lacking basic utensils like serving spoons and a soup ladle, which made cooking challenging.

The owner, Paula, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even providing us with a new spot to charge our devices. The location was central and serene, and we especially loved waking up to the sound of birds in the surrounding trees. I highly recommend this hotel for a secure and homey experience.
